Plica plica

Animals of All Regions Back
The spiny- headed tree lizard is diurnal. They spend most of their time sitting and waiting for their favorite prey (ants) to walk by.

Their tails are twice the length of the body, and they have long, skinny front limbs. Both hatchlings and adults are good climbers, but hatchlings spend more time on the ground (terrestrial) than adults.

DIET

Mostly ants but also spiders, insects and insect larvae
